The Mead Hermit’s Brew Day

I figured it was time for an un-insightful look at the Mead Hermit’s brew day, and hopefully someone will learn something from my time in the kitchen (even if it’s what not to do). This time the agenda was to make two 5-gallon batches of mead, and rack over two more 5-gallon carboys that had finished clearing up.

    Beers brewed on Canadian Homebrew Day at SFBC will be shared at this tap takeover event. 5 distinct True Grist brewed beers will be available. All proceeds will go to Craft Beer Safety Network. More info the Craft Beer Safety Network here. Note there is no meeting in July, just this event!

This will be an in person meeting, please take all precautions you feel necessary and do not attend if you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19. Aleksandra Szaflarska and Peter Collins from Together We're Bitter will be discussing co-operatives from the lens of a brewery.
