Join us as we tour the growing facilities of our favourite yeast producer, Escarpment Labs. Ask the Escarpment Labs team your burning questions about Saccharomyces, Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus (and more?) in brewing, and learn more about where your brewing cultures come from.
