True Grist x TWB Craftoberfest Collab

True Grist and Together We’re Bitter are holding a collaboration brew for KW Craftoberfest. We are brewing a fruited kettle sour on a homebrew-type system at TWB. The wort production stage of this brew is expected to take 2.5hrs. It will be great to absorb knowledge from TWB’s head brewer Peter Collins and experienced homebrewers – an excellent learning activity for new and experienced homebrewers alike, especially those with an interest in kettle sours!
