Sensory Training: Session I
Rhythm & Brews Brewing Company 1000 Bishop St N, Cambridge, Ontario, CanadaWe are running Sensory Training at Rhythm and Brews. Each session will cover 6 common beer compounds. Those with a BJCP ID will qualify for 0.5 non-judging points per session attended. The base beer will be R&B's American Light Lager: Spotlight. Kveik Lager Talk
Short Finger Brewing 20 Hurst Ave, Kitchener, Ontario, CanadaSFBC and Reverence Barrelworks are releasing their collab "Pilzish", a pilsner-style beer brewed with Horindal Kveik, and will be giving an educational talk on brewing lager-style kveik beers. The talk will be lead by Matt of Reverence Barrelworks.
