We'll be hosted by our friends at Wellington Brewery in The Duke House, using the delicious and super clean Wellington Helles as the base beer. 6 flavour spikes will be presented in the session by our Competition Director, Jamie Fowler. Escarpment Labs Visit
The club will be visiting the laboratory of our favourite yeast company ever, Escarpment Labs in Guelph. A visit to Escarpment has become one of our favourite annual True Grist traditions. This special event will be held in place of our May monthly meeting. It will be limited capacity, and open to Full Members only. Beer Making Class – Women's Brew Lab Instructor Daisy Ball Interested in learning how to brew your own craft beer? This class is a step by step walk-through of the all-grain brewing process including explanations of the equipment and ingredients needed to start home brewing. Spend an afternoon at the University of Guelph Food Science brewing lab and learning how to brew a classic farmhouse ale using all-grain brewing techniques!
