For our February meeting, we visited our friends at Barncat Artisan Ales in Cambridge. At this meeting, we distributed the goodies of two bulk buys, had two excellent presentations on hops and were updated on club news.

True Grist held a special meeting in December at SFBC. At this meeting we recapped the year, spoke about what’s to come, AND raised $1000 for the Food Bank of Waterloo Region!

November 2018 meeting

Our monthly meeting for November was our first visit to Fixed Gear Brewing in Guelph. We completed our True Brewer holiday homebrew exchange, and had an excellent guest presentation from Nate Ferguson of Escarpment Labs.
